Warranty Policy
Last Updated: October 13, 2026
At Arctic Hunter Jordan, we are committed to offering genuine, high-quality products that are made for reliable everyday use.
Our warranty is designed to give you additional confidence in your purchase by covering eligible manufacturing and material defects under the conditions explained below.
We have tried to keep this policy simple and straightforward. If you are ever unsure whether an issue with your product may be covered, you are always welcome to contact us and our team will be happy to review it with you.
1. What Does the Warranty Cover?
The Arctic Hunter Jordan warranty covers eligible manufacturing and material defects that arise during the applicable warranty period under normal and intended use of the product.
Depending on the product and the nature of the issue, covered manufacturing defects may include:
- defects in the main stitching or seams;
- fabric failure or tearing caused by a manufacturing defect rather than misuse or accidental damage;
- manufacturing defects affecting zippers, zipper tracks, handles, or mechanical buckles under normal use;
- defects in factory-installed plastic or metal components; and
- other manufacturing or material defects that prevent the product from functioning as reasonably intended.
Each warranty request is reviewed according to the nature of the product, the reported issue, the condition of the item, and the circumstances in which the issue occurred.
2. What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?
Our warranty is intended to cover manufacturing and material defects rather than damage caused by normal use, accidents, or improper care.
The commercial warranty generally does not cover:
- Accidental damage or misuse: including cuts, punctures, impact damage, damage caused by falling, dragging, sharp objects, or other accidental events.
- Overloading: damage caused by carrying loads beyond what the product is reasonably designed to hold.
- Normal wear and tear: gradual signs of everyday use such as minor surface wear, cosmetic marks, gradual abrasion, or reasonable deterioration that occurs naturally over time.
- Color changes: normal fading or discoloration caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight, weather, friction, or regular use.
- Improper cleaning or care: damage caused by unsuitable washing methods, excessive heat, harsh chemicals, bleach, solvents, or cleaning methods that are inappropriate for the product.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs: damage caused or contributed to by alterations, repairs, or modifications carried out by an unauthorized third party.
A warranty claim will not be declined simply because the product shows normal signs of use. Our assessment will focus on whether the reported issue is reasonably related to a manufacturing or material defect.
These exclusions apply to our commercial warranty and are not intended to exclude or restrict any rights you may have under applicable Jordanian consumer protection law.
3. Warranty Period
The applicable warranty period may vary depending on the product.
Where a product includes a specific warranty period, such as 3 months, 6 months, or another stated period, the applicable period will be shown on the product page, purchase invoice, warranty information, or other information provided with the product.
Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period begins from the date the product is received by the customer.
Please keep your order number, invoice, or other proof of purchase, as this helps us confirm the purchase date and applicable warranty coverage.
The stated commercial warranty period does not limit any additional rights or remedies that may be available to you under applicable Jordanian law.
4. How to Submit a Warranty Request
If you experience an issue that you believe may be covered by the warranty, please submit a request through our Contact Us form during the applicable warranty period.
To help us review your request as quickly as possible, please provide:
- your order number or original proof of purchase;
- a brief description of the issue and how it occurred;
- clear photographs showing the affected area; and
- a clear video where useful to demonstrate how the defect affects the operation of the product.
We may ask for additional photographs, information, or inspection of the product where reasonably necessary to determine the nature and cause of the issue.
5. Warranty Assessment
Once we receive the necessary information, our team will review the warranty request within a reasonable timeframe.
The assessment may consider:
- the type and location of the reported defect;
- the age and general condition of the product;
- whether the issue is consistent with a manufacturing or material defect;
- whether there are signs of accidental damage, overloading, improper care, or another excluded cause; and
- any other information reasonably relevant to the claim.
We aim to assess every genuine warranty request fairly and practically.
If additional physical inspection is required, our team will explain how the product should be provided to us for assessment.
6. If a Manufacturing Defect Is Confirmed
If our assessment confirms that the product has an eligible manufacturing or material defect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the circumstances of the case and applicable Jordanian law.
Depending on the nature of the issue, available solutions may include:
- repairing or correcting the defect, where appropriate and agreed;
- replacing the affected product where appropriate and available;
- returning the product and refunding its price where the customer is entitled to this remedy under applicable law; or
- another fair solution agreed with the customer.
If a repair is proposed, we will explain the proposed solution before proceeding.
Where the issue is confirmed as an eligible manufacturing defect, the customer will not be charged additional delivery costs that are reasonably required to process the approved warranty claim.
7. If the Issue Is Not Covered
If our assessment indicates that the reported damage resulted from accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper care, unauthorized modification, or another cause outside the scope of the commercial warranty, we will explain the reason to you as clearly as possible.
If the product has been physically sent to us for assessment, we will also explain the available arrangements for returning it to you.
Where available, we may also suggest a practical repair or alternative solution even when the issue is not covered by the warranty. Any applicable cost would be explained to you before you decide whether to proceed.
8. Proof of Purchase
To process a warranty request, we may need to verify that the product was purchased from Arctic Hunter Jordan and confirm the date of purchase.
Your order number, invoice, electronic order record, or another acceptable proof of purchase may be used for this purpose.
If you are unable to locate your order information, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating the relevant purchase record.
9. Warranty and Consumer Rights
This Warranty Policy provides additional information about the commercial warranty offered by Arctic Hunter Jordan.
It is not intended to replace, exclude, reduce, or restrict any rights or remedies available to consumers under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
A product may have rights associated with defects, conformity, quality, or fitness for its intended use independently of the stated commercial warranty period where such rights are provided by applicable law.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to limit your rights as a consumer under applicable Jordanian law.
10. Relationship with Our Returns Policy
A warranty request relating to a manufacturing or material defect is different from a return or exchange requested simply because a customer changes their mind, prefers another product, color, or model, or for another reason unrelated to a defect.
Returns and exchanges for reasons unrelated to a manufacturing defect are handled according to the return and exchange provisions in our Terms & Conditions.
If you are unsure whether your request should be handled as a return, exchange, or warranty claim, simply contact us and we will guide you through the appropriate process.
11. Changes to This Warranty Policy
We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, warranty arrangements, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
Any updated version will be published on this page together with an updated Last Updated date.
Any warranty applicable to a product will be considered together with the warranty terms communicated for that product at the time of purchase and any rights available under applicable law.
